All in Lamb
After eating this Lamb Stew with Spring Vegetables from Ina Garten’s “Cooking for Jeffrey”, I think my husband and I went to food heaven. This stew had amazing flavor and the lamb was cooked perfectly. It definitely took me all afternoon to make, but it was worth it.
Marinating the lamb in this recipe adds a bunch of flavor, and fortunately, there is no longer any need for the mint jelly. The couscous served with these kebabs is absolutely delicious and it balances out the lemon in the rest of the dish. This recipe is from "The Newlywed Cookbook" by Sarah Copeland.
